Depressed or Crazy?
Isolatedi thought that if i ignored the pain and the hurt that it would go away but its just getting even more harder to wake up in the morning and its hard to try and not cry when everyone else is smiling. i want to go and sleep for hours and hours and not even wake up or have the disgusting and cruel nightmares... i want to be normal and actually FEEL all of the feelings besides sadness, anger and isolation... im becoming my mother and that isnt a good thing. i havent slept in probably 7 weeks and if i did sleep it was a good 2-3 hour sleep... i thought that the thing i was missing was my guy but now that i have him...i dont even want to see him or even speak to him... i dont know whats wrong with me and im slipping into a whole... again. i dont want to be in that whole again, once was enough and i think once was one to many... i really need to be happy but i dont know what is missing and i need to find out what it is so i can get better.
